Reservation policies:
• The applied rates are valid on the date they are quoted. If you quote later, there might be variations.
• Your confirmation number will be sent to you after the corresponding charge has been made to your card and only then will this be considered as a completed reservation.
• Services’ reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request and may not be guaranteed until your total payment is received.
• For hotel reservations, prior to charging your card we will verify availability with the provider before confirming. Therefore, we will send your confirmation within the next 24 hours.
• Payment for services will be charged to your credit card. When making your reservation you authorize us in writing to use your credit card number to make the payment. We invite you to read our services reservation and cancellation policies.
• After the reservation and confirmation, we ask you to please print the corresponding voucher and to present it at the time of demanding the service.
• We suggest you read the cancellation policies as any change to the reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of the rates. Remember to have your reservation number handy when contacting us.
• Prices are per person and include the services indicated in the description.
Payment policies:
• The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card, after confirming availability of the services.
• We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, you may pay us with a bank wire. Send us an e-mail address to the following address and we will gladly provide you with our bankers’ details: customerservice@diversitytouroperator.com
• Rates published in our site are quoted in different currencies. Payments may be made directly in Mexican Pesos. In other currencies, the payment will first be converted to U.S. Dollars at the rate for the date of transaction. If there was any difference due to international fluctuation or to bank commissions, then Diversity Tour Operator may not be responsible for these fluctuations.
• Please ask for your invoice, if you need one. Invoices are cut after the services have been provided
Políticas de cancelación:
• Cancellations must be informed to the following e-mail: reservations@diversitytouroperator.com Do not forget noting down your reservation number.
For Hotels:
• Hotel cancellation policies are specific for each hotel so that when you choose the hotel, you will see on the screen, each one’s cancellation policies.
• Hotel prices are per room with the meals’ program indicated.
• In case of availability problems with packages including hospitality, a change will be made from the hotel(s) selected to those that shall replace it or them and the said change will be duly communicated in advance.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours on the contracted date and check-out is at 10:00 hours of the last day of the stay, programmed for departure. Early arrivals may not receive their room at the time. Also, if you would like to extend your stay after the check-out time, please notify the hotel so and ask them directly for the additional time you require.
For ground transportation and/or tours:
• Las políticas de cancelación de los tours y transportación terrestre son específicas para cada servicio por lo que al momento de que usted elija el tipo de traslado o tour podrá observar en pantalla las políticas de cancelación de cada uno. No obstante lo anterior, a continuación le describimos los cargos por cancelación aplicables en Transportación terrestre y/o tours:
- Reservaciones canceladas 3 días o más antes de la fecha del servicio están sujetas a un cargo del 10% del monto total de la cantidad de su reservación.
- Reservaciones canceladas 2 a 0 días antes de la fecha del servicio o en caso de no llegar, no serán reembolsables.
• En los paquetes ofrecidos, la agencia de viajes y las compañías prestatarias se reservan el derecho de modificar el itinerario de viaje o de los hoteles previstos solo en caso de que fuera imprescindible para una mejor organización del mismo o si existen circunstancias de fuerza mayor que lo obliguen.
• La agencia de viajes no será responsable de los retrasos, adelantos o cancelaciones en los itinerarios de las compañías aéreas o de las empresas transportistas, siendo los gastos que se originen a cargo de usted. En el caso de los tours, en caso de no presentarse la cantidad mínima de viajeros previstos o por cualquier causa justificada, la agencia de viajes se verá obligada a suspender cualquiera de los tours previstos y otorgarlos en otra fecha o en caso de cancelar ese tour el importe será abonado al cliente.
Airline services:
• Airport dues are not included in the packages.
• Airfares are per person and may or may not include taxes. This will be specified at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation and penalty policies due to changes on the dates will be applied at the time the tickets are issued and vary depending on the airline providing the transportation. Regardless of the date when the change or cancellation is made, in any case, you must first check with the corresponding carrier.
Cancellation for reasons beyond control of the corporation:
• Diversity Tour Operator acts as the only intermediary agent between the customer and the provider of the goods and services published at the web site: www.diversitytouroperator.com, the services provided being: hotel lodging, ground transportation and tours, for which Diversity Tour Operator establishes trade negotiations with qualified, very well-reputed, vendors; notwithstanding the foregoing, Diversity Tour Operator may not assume ant responsibility before those buying services on the page www.diversitytouroperator.com, for actions or omissions in the services of these providers as Diversity Tour Operator does not have any legal representation or administrative control over the property, procedures, personnel and equipment of those vendors.
• Diversity Tour Operator shall assume no responsibility for any claim, cost or expenses arising for personal or third-party lesions, accidents or death, loss or damage of or to personal property, loss of amusement, angering, disappointment, anguish or frustration, either mental or physical, resulting from the following:
(a) Actions or missions from any party other than Diversity Tour Operator.
(b) Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakages, quarantine, government actions, the weather or any other cause outside the direct control of Diversity Tour Operator.
(c) Failure by the client to obtain the documents required for his/her trip, such as passports, visas and certificates o any other document which is the client’s responsibility to obtain. In such case, you are not allowed any reimbursement.
(d) Client´s omission to follow the instructions regarding departures to the airport, date and time of check-in and check-out of hotels, coupon-exchange policy.
(e) Cancellation or change for any reason, of the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but we will try to substitute same with comparable services. In case of cancellation, Diversity Tour Operator will be responsible to pay back all the monies received.
(f ) If the services are cancelled or interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Diversity Tour Operator, such as the weather, hurricane, earthquake, terrorist actions, etc., wherein derived from the policies of its vendors, Diversity Tour Operator must –likewise- cover its obligations with the vendors and do not allow it any reimbursement of the amounts paid or to be paid, to the vendor on behalf of the client. Therefore, at the discretion of Diversity Tour Operator, 10% of the amount paid for reservations might be withheld for administrative expense.
• Diversity Tour Operator keeps an updated database of its vendors regarding their prices and conditions of their services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there is a possibility that vendors make changes or provide wrong information regarding the validity of some rates. If the new rate is lower than the one quoted, then the lesser amount will apply. If the new rate was higher, we will contact you to inform you of this change and you will be free to accept or not the vendor´s price increase and cancel the reservation due to the increase. We inform you that Diversity Tour Operator expressly waives any responsibility or indemnity payment for himself and for its vendors due to such cancellation.
• The pictures shown on the web portal are representative but there is no guarantee that things are exactly like shown there at your arrival.
• The stars category assigned to the hotels and services, is based on the interpretation made by Diversity Tour • Operator and may differ from the ratings given elsewhere.
• Description of the travel services are for information purposes only and no guarantee is given that these will be exactly the same, upon your arrival-
• Diversity Tour Operators reserves for itself the right to turn down any client at any time.
Claims must be made in writing to the following electronic mail address: customerservice@diversitytouroperator.com, being admitted, at the latest, 15 days after the return from your trip. After this period, the company will admit no claims whatsoever. Our prices do not include:
• Visa expense to enter any country.
• Passport issuance expense.
• Personal tips to guides, drivers, bellboys, etc.
• In the packages: Transfer to sites other than those specified.
• Excess luggage.
• Extra expenses of any kind which are not duly specified in the itineraries. |
